I added the wrong location, railroad and locomotive to this picture. It should be Penn Central GP9 at a grade crossing near Charleston. A correction form has been submitted.

New York Central's West Virginia trackage has to stand as one of the more obscure lines anywhere, with the likes of IC's branch to Indianapolis, Milwaukee to Southern Indiana, New Haven's Canal line to Miller's Falls (MA) among the ones I can recall.
