Mitch, you may not be old enough to remember this, but I believe there used to be a rule that no building in downtown could be higher than Ben on top of City Hall. Your picture clearly shows Ben surrounded by buildings that tower over him. The place has really changed since GG1's powered the Clockers to NYC. Heck, they don't even roll the sidewalks up any more. Great picture.
