Great shot, TC in my old hometown of Provo. The Utah Railway tied strips of rag to the housing of the cooling fan on their RSD-4's so crews could tell the blades were turning. If you look closely at your photo, the strip of rag is doing it's job. The Utah Railway was (and still is) a class act.
