Good picture. I see the MU hoses, the steam line and the train line, but what's up with the other hoses?

Without this photo, I would never have known the MU receptacle was mounted so high on the rear of the carbody. And, don't you know that gentleman riding on the steps could tell lots of stories based on his career spanning steam and first generation diesels?
