Nice shot! I think that for a while SP was using 7200 and 7201 as Locotrol masters and 7230 & 7231 as slaves, all on the head end in this set up, so they could idle the trailing units by radio to save fuel. This photo with 7230 3rd unit looks like they may have been doing that here.
