Not sure if it's coincidence or if BNSF 4000 is permanently assigned BNSF Officer Specials, but there is another shot in the Railpictures.net database of the BNSF 4000 leading a business train in 2005

The second car on this train is a former smooth-side, Pullman-built, 10-6 sleeper, to which BNSF has added stainless-steel corrugations. Note the differing color between the window panel and roof compared to its all-stainless sheathed companions. Although Santa Fe had all stainless-steel Budd-built (Pine-series)10-6s and ACF-built stainless-sheathed (Palm-series)10-6s, the only non-stainless Pullman built 10-6 sleepers in the BNSF collection would be two Northern Pacific cars, built to Southern Pacific specs, for through Seattle-Oakland service via the Cascade route. I assume this car to be one of those.

That second car now is completly gutted inside and now houses the generators and compressors to provide for the 480V power and Main Res. air for the water raising systems on the cars, since the locomotives used for freight provide neither of those
