Guess what, trains can call 911, and deliver you directly into the hands of the Law. It's not nice to tick off your friendly Amtrak passenger staff !

Probably the passenger was acting crazy or trying to smoke on the train, got caught, and had to mouth off to the conductor who was doing his job. I feel bad for the Amtrak crews for how some act on these trains, especially when they are late.

What will charges will the unruly passenger face?

Thank you for the comments and interest in this photograph! I am working on getting information about why the passenger was removed, but thus far I have not found anyone that knows the answer. Stay tuned!

Details are slim, but apparently the passenger was having psychiatric issues and was unfit for travel, or at least unfit for travel with others.
