Very nice shot, but boy is Minneapolis a different world than LA. It took me two looks at the shot to figure out that the stretch was the "car" you were talking about even. I thought you meant the Northstar passenger coach at first.

Possibly the limo driver was just killing time until he had to return to pick up his passenger. If so, then could any of us think of a better way to spend some time trackside. Could he just possibly be a railfan, or simply just needed a large vacant parking spot that was near by and had plenty of turn around space. All that limo needs is a small rear bumper sticker that reads "My other car is a Locomotive".
