Posted by M.W. Slepetz on July 13, 2012  The Budd car is actually wearing Penn Central "Scare Stripes" as it is a former New Haven RDC and not a former New York Central unit as evidecned by the Hancock Air Whistle on it's roof as opposed to standard air horns
