I don't believe I have ever seen a SOO SD40-2 (or any other of the all-candy red locos for that matter) with a white side sill stripe - looks sharp though!

The Soo Line 6617 looks great for being painted a while back years back. The CPR should keep this one in original paint and save it for lets just say a "Heritage Unit". Great Catch!

I would love it for CPR to keep this unit in SOO colours, but instead of the Red, I wouldn't mind seeing it repainted in the Red & White scheme of the 70's & 80's. Anyway, whatever scheme it is in, it'll still look awesome.
