This is by far one of the best night "streaks" I've ever seen in the DB. Definitely very worthy of the SC award. Needless to say, you have my PCA vote!

If I understand this shot correctly, then the train had already entered the frame and the lead engine was in the middle when the shutter was tripped. If so, and however it came about, having the trackside areas headlight-lit in the upper part of the image but not the lower is an inspired choice, I love the contrast between the two parts of the scene, with the FRED light trail and signal below.
