I remember coming up through Raton Pass in a heavy storm on the Amtrak Southwest Ltd.. When we reached Raton the city, the Public works was pumping out a street in front of the tower. This shot reminded me of how the great prairie storms look just before you get clobbered. Thank you for the upload and the interesting story.
