What a striking example of form follows function; this locomotive clearly LOOKS like it was built to haul heavy freight trains. Yet one more reason why I need to visit Australia -- thanks for whetting my appetite, Chris!

I'm with David on this one; that loco - no, machine - just screams business but in a quiet classical style. Locally built with GE equipment; the way it should be. If only we were following your lead here in NZ with our new locos; instead we opted to save a few million and go the Chinese route. Can't wait to see a video of this.
