This looks like the loco that sat in Oil City, PA off of the WNYP's Rouseville Industrial. I saw it was gone one day, but didn't know what happened to it. Hopefully this is it, and we aren't shaving with it instead. I'm curious about this too.

This locomotive is owned by the Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association (MVRHA). It is a 20 ton Davenport locomotive. If you want to see all of their collection go to: mvrha.org. This is in Jim Marter yard in Youngstown. I think.
