Posted by Donald Haskel on June 23, 2009  This is about the best shot of a Crawford Notch train I have ever seen. It would also be intersting to see the geep spliced by the f units. The only thing I would change: Have the transform coming from the GE Plant in Pttsfield. That is no longer possible of course. It would be great to see regular freight service return to this route. In the mean time everyone should take a summer vacation in this area and ride the three North Conway trains and the cog railway, and then for a nice change take the tramway to the top of Cannon.
