I may have been standing next to you on the bridge! I have a Feb '77 shot of 6700/9901 on a hauler. Didn't record the day. I never caught a U50 at Pepper.

This is the first production low-nose U-25B. In a couple of years it will be languishing in the Bull Ring Yard next to China Town in Los Angeles.
