Yes, it's time to stop taking for granted the collection of Sid Vaught. Thanks, Sid, for sharing, much appreciated. Hard to believe a photo such as this could be had as late as 1978.

Thanks for the great shot of 3208. It's been a favorite since I had a cab ride through Niles Canyon in it in 1979 when SP was running freight on what is now the Niles Canyon Scenic Railway. The last time I saw 3208 is was being cut up in Richmond, CA. The big Gas tank behind the train was replaced by the Shark Tank, aka HP Pavilion (San Jose Arena).
