Nice shot. Interesting how much blur occurred in your 125th second pan. Also unusual that the safety door between the locomotive and the tender is not closed. One layman (that's me) impression totally unsubstantiated by facts is that British steam (none of which I think had mechanical stokers) was so well designed, had such good coal, and were relatively small compared to large American locomotives that the image of a fireman bailing constantly is belied.
