Hello ! Well, this engines, also caled "The Pacific" were used generally for serving fast and express trains, reaching a maximum speed of 126 Km/h.From far away, they've been the most appreciated steam engines in Romania, in the past serving regal and diplomatic trains.At their end, te've been used for a while on the regional freight service, then, in the late 80's a big part of those 90 units, were scrapped. Today, with big efforts of few railway enthusiast, this unit is still running, but we don't know certainly for how long, due to the lack of pieces and workshop stuff...
