Why is that in a different paint scheme?

Cody, there was another railroad called Norfolk Southern before the formation of the modern day NS. The railroad was merged into the Southern Railway that eventually merged with N&W to form the modern day Norfolk Southern. Great shot, Tom. Thanks for sharing this photo and please keep them coming.
