Very nice indeed. I remember Sinclair gas stations when I was a kid. They used a dinosaur mascot in their TV commercials. Thanks.

Attractive shot, well done - the only thing one might ask for is a bit of grime on the equipment!

Also the winning shot for POTW Mike! Awesome shot. Love how the steam engine contrasts with the nice sky!

Thank you all for the comments. I about fell over the first time I saw that tank car roll out of the shed, it was right out of an N-scale layout I used to have. And the outline of that consolidation and vanderbilt tender is classic. I very much look forward to the Heber's return to steam this year. Cheers, --Mike

Like a painting is so true.

A great capture. And what adds so much is the authentic freight equipment the Heber Valley uses. For a vision of old time steam railroading this is one of the best, if not the best, here on RailPictures

Awesome shot, Mike, but I must confess it's the tank car right behind the tender that really caught my attention first!! [grin] What a great job the Heber Valley did on restoring this old tanker! Congrats on this being crowned POTW!

This is just a wonderful image. I meant to introduce myself at Winterail, but you were busy at the moment. Keep up the fine work!
