Nice photo. Was this locomotive made by Alco? It looks so European; I wonder if the American builder made the patterns or borrowed them from Europe. I like the fat chime whistle. And I particularly like the nifty go-anywhere/clamshell/arm/coal truck. We ought to get a fleet of those over here in the US!

What a combination on this picture! The loco is a former SNCF loco. The whole story is situated in
Schaffhausen-Switzerland and the coal truck is, as you can see, from Germany!
