The Royal Train headlamp code should be a lamp on all four lamp brackets. One on the top chimney bracket, and one on each of the three buffer beam brackets. Still a good discription and thanks for the photo Steve.

Another fine shot Steve,I thought that you might be lurking somewhere about.In answer to the top lamp bracket,this is unused when under OHLE.
