Beautiful picture! The second I saw it, I made it my desktop background!! (and this is coming from a guy who's photo is on the 2009 CSX calendar) Care to explain what exactly is going one here? What type of filter/photoshop type application is being used? I'm curious as I'm always looking to better my own photos.

Awesome scene! I love all the icicles on the crossing lights! The scene looks really dreamy, almost air-brushed. I noticed there is no exif data - Is this an HDR?
