Excellent shot, Jon, that brings back fond memories of the street running era here in Lafayette. It's hard to believe it's been almost 15 years since trains stopped running down the middle of 5th Street. I can't say I ever remember seeing a BQ23-7 around here, so that just makes your shot all that more interesting! What a wonderful photo of a BQ23-7/U18B pair street running. Looks an awful lot like former tracks down the middle of the street in Montezuma, Georgia on the Fitzgerald Subdivision

I remember being so excited about that shot. Not possible today, as 5th Street is now trackless, and the BQ23's and U18Bs are long gone from the roster.
