I wonder what the thoughts are from the engineer's perspective when they bust the snowbanks like this (or even bigger ones). I had a friend who loved doing similar things in snow with a 1970 Doge Dart until he ended up with a shopping cart stuck under the car. Oh yes, the police really gave him a hard time that night.

Whoa! I just finally got around to watching the uTube video. I am amazed at how quickly the train came to a halt. I know he didn't have that much tonage/weight behind him, but that was still a fast stop.

They didn't appear to be going too fast, but it was a good clip, plus, there was little tonnage, and the passenger cars have both disc brakes and brake shoes.
