I forgot to mention that my Dad is one of those raincoated, hat-wearing commuters.

Next week when city and suburban transit goes on strike, I'm sure septa regional rail would once again have to lease cars or whole consist from other agencies. These should had stayed with septa. Last time I saw these coaches, they were on a side track outside the Amtrak Wilmington shop with non-operating coaches. Now, there not there anymore.
