If this location is the Junk Yard, then this massive looking SD70M-2 is the Junk Yard Dog. Don't argue with him at a grade crossing because you will loose ! Please note the difference in the height of the walkways between the EMD and the GE units. I wonder if the white stripe on the anti-climber is reflective, every little bit helps.
