That is one odd looking locomotive....definately unique.

Take note that each axle has its own brake cylinder, but the units are not equipped with clasp type brake rigging. In all my years, I cannot remember seeing this type of setup. Maybe someone here knows the answer to this, but didn't these units have frame issues during testing at Brookville?
