A lot of Photoshop - but how much of all this is for real ???

Thanks very much folks for your appreciation of this scene! The difficulty in shooting this location is being here on a sunny day with the tri-weekly VIA 16. It's a long drive! The scene is depicted accurately as I saw it, no polarizer, a lot of Mother Nature! The route of The Chaleur is not renowned for being the most scenic passenger ride in Eastern North America for nothing! I use the same NIK software filtering here as in night photos. Glad you enjoy the view as much as I did!

What can I add? Very nicely done, Gary.

Completely spectacular and fascinated as always from you Gary, very nice composition between cloudy sky and expansive landscape.

I saw yesterday that you are going to have a featured article in next month's Trains magazine. Well done and well deserved. The blurb compared you to O Winston Link. Heady company, but again well deserved. This is another wonderful picture and the moon must have been shining awfully bright to give off this much light :)

Great photo! Love the angle, it really makes the bridge have a very dominating feel to it. Love the colours in the sky to, very dramatic.
