It's just to bad that this could not have been delivered by rail, as special heavy haul road permits, escort vehicles,etc would not have been needed. Steel wheel on steel rail is more fuel saving than rubber tires on concrete. Atlanta Metra cars are sent north and return south on I-75 through Kentucky for rebuilding or repair and I always think why don't they use rail ? In both using our national rail system would be more Green !
