Well, I can see why they would hassle railfans, it seems someone stole the logo right off the nose of the 946!

The security guards told me to stop taking pictures two years ago when I was changing trains here. Rather than get into a "discussion" with them, I complied. I had all the pictures I wanted anyway.

Is there anything you can DO in the US these without being told its not allowed? Its a camera... can't they get it into their thick heads?

That's the problem though, getting a ticket. I always make sure to get there early and stay late whenever I have a ticket, because you have to take advantage of these things. On the other hand, I remember when you didn't even need a ticket.
