Beautiful Photo, it is curious though why they dropped this off at Congress Park Yard, I mean unless there was something wrong with it and they had to send it back East via the Indiana Harbor Belt connection?.

Thanks, I'm not sure why it was parked there for a few days. I was guessing that it came off the IHB and was waiting to be picked up, being a recent addition to the BNSF roster?
