That is not a deadline. That is a surge fleet and it is very likely that all of these locomotives will be put back in service sometime in the future.

That's correct. Mike. They're LUGO's, Laid Up Good Order engines.

These engines are actually stored until being sent back to EMD as their lease has expired.
