The milepost marker is original, put in place by the New York Central all those years ago.

I'm not entirely sure off hand, though I know it wasn't installed by the Falls Road. This line dates back to New York Central days, and seeing how they installed these concrete mile markers all over the place, I'm 95% certain it's their work.
