Excellent picture Drew! The building to the right has been torn down to make way for a Lowe's home improvement store, but other than that this scene hasn't changed much.

Hard to think it is similar to the locomotives NJ Trainsit owns, I thaught it was some sort of weird rebuild until I thaught about the model GP40P-2, similar to GP40PH-2. I don't know if they are still there, but the latest picture on here (January 2012) of a GP40P-2 in Armor yellow on Union Pacific. It actually looks alright.
