Why is it called "The Foaming Cleanser"?

The photographer and myself were returning from lunch when we inadvertently stumbled upon ME-1, nee the Whippany Line job - since railfans are sometimes called "foamers", we two foamers were being cleansed of our need to get a train photo on this day - hence " The Foaming Cleanser " ( antiques like myself recall the " Ajax " slogan )
