Turbo in the process of failing, or has already failed? Do GE's turbo's really lag this bad? What ever the reason, the flames and subsequent smoke are caused by an over rich fuel condition due to a lack of combustion air.

I cough just looking at this. I sure hope there were not any white cars at a crossing. That is perhaps the blackest flame shot I have ever seen.
