Very interesting and rare find! I lived north of Seattle for a couple years and loved to see these. The one in Virginia was a lease unit for quite awhile. I think they have purchased it now, not long ago I saw a picture with it altered or re-lettered. I am very, very interested as to why this one is in California. I saw 901 frequently over the past couple years. Thanks for sharing.

If anyone is reading this, the Sounder train set was there on lease. After an earthquake, Metrolink needed more equipment for some reason. I wonder why they never considered using their F40PH.
