I believe the flat car attached to CSX 1520, is a radio control platform, which enables any locomotive, properly connected, to be operated in the remote mode. While it is also noted that 1520 has a very nice paint job, may we assume as well that it also marks the changeover from round, to square, marker light blanking plates?
