Incredible picture. And a lot of incredible vision, determination, hard work, and money to make those things run again, as so many of them do.

Thanks for posting this. I spent many happy hours wandering round here during my school years as I only lived a few miles away. No health and safety paranoia in those days either.

Thanks Richard, I've had a chance to ride behind a few of these survivors and it's amazing to see a photo of where they came from. If only the USA had a similar place.

I visited this place also during this time when I lived in Great Britain in the mid 70s It was fascinating to wander through this yard numerous pleasent days spent here Also recall no one bothered me or told me I was trespassing or any of the other rubbish so common today
