An acquaintance who worked for NS after NW took over the SOU described the NS as a "fascist state in the form of a railroad" (and he was a management guy!). So when I looked at this picture, I couldn't help but notice that the guy to the left of the car kinda looks like a storm trooper with the hat he is wearing. Probably just the angle. Another good picture from the past George!
