Was that a special? I didnt think Conrail even still had E8's in their fleet in 1997. Very good shot!

All three of the Conrail 'executive Es' lasted through the end of the railroad and in fact were used into NS/CSXT days. Units were 4020-4022...used exclusively for company passenger trains/specials - known on Conrail as Office Car Specials.
