First used to run Manchester local services (as First North Western), but Ned-Serco was awarded the franchise a couple of years ago. The old Arriva Trains Northern franchise and the First North Western franchise combined to form Northern Rail. Much of ex-FNW and ATN is still in the livery of its former operator, such as the above class 323's. The Desiro's are nice.
