Once the route of the Southwest Chief, sadly, this vantage point is no longer available even for freight train photos because Burlington Northern Santa Fe gave up this right-of-way for the Gold Line, a light rail line running from Los Angeles to Pasadena. Next, the Gold Line is scheduled to be extended from its LAUPT end to East Los Angeles, along the Union Pacific. Thanks for the nice shot.

Love this shot. So much has changed along the 210... carpool lanes, the Gold Line, grafitti, traffic jams, etc. It just isn't the same.
