Glad to be the first on this one! I've always liked the C&NW paint on wide nosed units. Missed my chance to shoot one back here after the C&NW break up. And I want to be the first say..this gives new meaning to the words, "Cornfield Meet"! Great catch, by golly. Ed

I had taken a train to Proviso on the 17th and the Oly, United Way and Hertiage were all at the diesal shop that night but all separate and on different tracks. Nice to see they took the time and effort to get em all together.

I'm not even really a UP fan, but I'm awe-stricken by this photo. I would love to simply see one of these engines make their way onto the CSX or NS in my area. Great shot and congratulations on a wonderful lash-up!
