Amazing photo! I can't see the XIF data. What were your settings to freeze the train but still get a "time exposure" looking photo?

I see a lot of amazing photos from that part of the world, but this is genius! It takes real talent to think outside the box while a lot of us would just be happy to sit on the hill above and snap away.
