Posted by BJ Preddy on August 9, 2006  NS 5500 and 5600 are GP38-2's rebuilt from ex-NW and ex-SOU GP38's and GP38AC's. GP38-3's are in the 5800 series and are rebuilt from ex-SOU GP50's.
