This track does not but there is another track, which would be off to the left that serves a small cement plant (i think that's what it is). Check out the street view of the scene (http://maps.google.com/?ll=37.523844,-77.418455&spn=0.00414,0.005161&t=m&z=18&layer=c&cbll=37.523674,-77.418361&panoid=Y8WXqM1qN1fgNjUm2NJXZw&cbp=12,346.64,,0,18.06). The Church Hill Viaduct built by the C&O to replace the Church Hill Tunnel can be seen to the right.
