Roy Felton was working Nassau Tower in the 1970's and used to take us high school kids from the local model RR club to the tower, where I learned how to throw an "armstrong" lever. Way back when, there was even talk about a grade crossing elimination project here. I'm glad to see that the physical plant has not changed much.
